Biography:
Byron M. Gill, a native of Lebanon, Tennessee, is a partner with
Rochelle, McCulloch & Aulds and concentrates his practice in
the areas of business law, construction litigation, commercial
transactions and commercial litigation.
Byron received his undergraduate degree from the University of
Tennessee in 1993. After graduating from college, Byron
worked in corporate insurance before returning to middle Tennessee to
start a business. After successfully growing and selling that
business, Byron attended Nashville School of Law, where he received his
Doctor of Jurisprudence. While attending law school, Byron
served as a court officer and law clerk for the Honorable Thomas W.
Brothers, Judge of the 6th Circuit Court of Davidson County,
Tennessee. Byron was admitted to the Bar in 2003.
Byron is a member and past President of
the Fifteenth Judicial District Bar Association. He is also a member of
the Tennessee Bar Associations as well as the Tennessee Association of
Construction Counsel. Byron and his wife, Katrina, are members of
Immanuel Baptist Church and have two children.
