Biography:

Matthew H. Ryan joined the law firm of Rochelle, McCulloch & Aulds, P.L.L.C. as an associate attorney and as the director of residential real estate on August 2, 2010. Matthew possesses over 10 years experience in residential and commercial real estate transactions, title insurance and transactional work. Matthew’s previous employment experience as Division President of an affiliate for a national title insurance underwriter provides him with unique expertise in the areas of title insurance problem solving and title business management. Matthew also possesses distinctive knowledge from working in the real estate markets surrounding Memphis, Knoxville, and Nashville, affording him understanding of differing markets. Matthew maintains active memberships in the 15th Judicial District Bar Association, Tennessee Bar Association, Tennessee Land Title Association, Lebanon Noon Rotary, Lebanon-Wilson County Chamber of Commerce and the Eastern Middle Tennessee Association of Realtors. He serves on the Sports Council for the Lebanon-Wilson Chamber of Commerce and is acting Minor League Commissioner for Lebanon Rotary Baseball. In addition, Matthew regularly conducts educational and marketing seminars for realtors and lenders across middle Tennessee.

Matthew relocated to Lebanon from Knoxville, Tennessee. He graduated with honors from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville in 2000 where he received the degree of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Magna Cum Laude. Subsequently, Matthew graduated from the University of Memphis – Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law in 2004 where he received the degree of Juris Doctor. Matthew has held a Bar license with the State of Tennessee since 2004.
