MEDIATION

Mediation:

Julie M. Robinson is an experienced family law attorney and a Rule 31 Listed Family Mediator.  Mediation is generally required in most divorce and child custody matters. The mediation process allows parties an opportunity to resolve their differences on all, or even just in part, of the issues at hand, in a less costly and less stressful manner.  As a mediator, Julie uses her knowledge of the law and her experience with the local judicial system’s handling of issues to negotiate a settlement between parties.

Resolving differences at mediation allows the parties to have control over the outcome rather than placing the decision in the hands of the court.  A mediated settlement prevents parties from incurring the time and expense of trial and allows issues to be resolved without creating greater animosity in a courtroom.  Most importantly, having the parties decide the outcome leaves the decisions to be made by those who know more about the situation than any other person.

Whether you may be in Wilson, Smith, Jackson, Trousdale, Macon, Sumner, Rutherford or other surrounding counties, Julie’s negotiating skills and knowledge of the local judicial systems allow her to assist you in creating reasonable, workable solutions to your domestic matters.  Let Julie M. Robinson put her knowledge and experience to work for you in negotiating an amicable resolution to your issues in the mediation process.
