WORKERS' COMPENSATION:
Tennessee workers' compensation laws
were reformed in 2004 changing the rules that apply to a worker that is
injured on the job. One of the biggest obstacles that now
exists is fighting the employer and their workers’
compensation insurance company for reasonable and necessary medical
treatment related to the work injury. Alan Poindexter and
Jason Denton head up our workers' compensation litigation department at
Rochelle, McCulloch & Aulds here in Lebanon, Tennessee and are
currently representing injured workers in the East, middle and West
Tennessee areas. Alan Poindexter and Jason Denton handle
workers compensation claims at the Tennessee Department of Labor and in
Court in Nashville, Davidson County, Cookeville Putnam County,
Murfreesboro, Rutherford County, Lafayette, Macon County, Gainsboro,
Jackson County, Carthage, Smith County, Lebanon, Wilson County,
Hartsville, Trousdale County and Gallatin, Sumner County.
They also have case as far west as Jackson, Tennessee and as far east
as Knoxville, Tennessee. The most important part of an
injured worker's claim is receiving medical treatment covered by
Tennessee laws. We will fight the employer or insurance
company denying you the medical treatment you need. The
workers' compensation laws are very complex and are being changed every
year. Alan Poindexter and Jason Denton work hard to stay
current on Tennessee workers' compensation laws and they do their best
to help injured employees understand their rights. Your
health and well being are important to you and your family. The
Tennessee workers’ compensation laws are not easy to
understand; along with medical treatment you may also have the right to
temporary disability benefits, mileage to and from the doctor, and
permanent disability benefits.
If you desire to receive more information on your rights and 15 tips to
understanding Tennessee Workers' Compensation Laws please contact us;
we will fight for your rights as Tennessee injured worker.
