Biography

​

Byron M. Gill, a native of Lebanon, Tennessee.  He attended Castle Heights Military Academy until its closure in 1985 and graduated from Lebanon High School in 1989.  Byron received his B.A. in business from the University of Tennessee Knoxville in 1993. After graduating from college, Byron worked in corporate insurance before returning to Middle Tennessee to start a business. After successfully growing and selling that business, Byron attended Nashville School of Law, where he received his Doctor of Jurisprudence. While attending law school, Byron served as a court officer and law clerk for the Honorable Thomas W. Brothers, Judge of the 6th Circuit Court of Davidson County, Tennessee. Byron was admitted to the Tennessee Bar in 2003.

Byron practiced at a large firm in Nashville before joining RMA in 2004.  Byron became a partner with the firm in 2009.  Byron is a member and past President of the Fifteenth Judicial District Bar Association. He is also a member of the Tennessee Bar Association as well as the Tennessee Association of Construction Counsel. Byron and his wife, Katrina, are members of Grace Chapel and have two children.
