Biography
​
Elliott began clerking at Rochelle, McCulloch & Aulds PLLC after his first year of law school and joined the firm as an associate upon gaining his license to practice in Tennessee. Today, Elliott’s practice focuses primarily on estate planning, trusts, probate, business and real estate transactions.
​
A native of Lebanon, Elliott went through the Special School District and graduated from Lebanon High School. Elliott is a graduate of the University of Tennessee, Knoxville (B.S., cum laude, Economics) and the University of Mississippi, Ole Miss Law (J.D., magna cum laude). In law school, Elliott served as co-leader of the Ole Miss Law Tax Clinic offering tax assistance to Oxford, Mississippi area. He received the Mississippi Bar - Tax Section - Award for the student excelling in the study of tax. Additionally, Elliott received the Outstanding Student Award for achieving the highest overall grade in Partnership Tax, Individual Income Tax II, Bankruptcy and Tax Clinic, and was inducted into the Phi Kappa Phi honor society. While at Ole Miss, Elliott spent a summer studying law at Downing College, University of Cambridge, England.
