Biography
Jody Aulds is a member of the law firm of Rochelle, McCulloch & Aulds, PLLC, in Lebanon, Tennessee. Her undergraduate degree is from Tennessee Technological University. She taught school for five (5) years and began her career in the legal field in 1974 when she was secretary to Jere N. McCulloch who encouraged her to pursue her legal degree. In 1982 she was admitted to the practice of law in the State of Tennessee after graduating from the Nashville School of Law where she was a member of the Cooper’s Inn Honor Society. Jody was a partner in the firm of McCulloch & Aulds which is the predecessor of Rochelle, McCulloch & Aulds, PLLC.
The primary focus of Jody’s practice is in the field of real estate and adoptions. She is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association, 15th Judicial Bar Association, House of Delegates for the Tennessee Bar Association, Lebanon-Wilson County Chamber of Commerce, Eastern Middle Tennessee Association of Realtors, and Chairman of the Wilson County Foster Care Review Board. She has served as President of the 15th Judicial Bar Association and as a board member for Miriam’s Promise Adoption Agency and Youth Emergency Services for Middle Tennessee.
Jody is a resident of Lebanon, Tennessee, and has two (2) adopted children, Ryan and Kristen, and is a grandmother of two. Jody is an avid sports fan – especially football – and loves attending Titan’s games and Vanderbilt games, where her son played.
